    一天

        天气太热，和几个村子上的小伙一起到一条河里去游泳。本来的，河水浅的没不过膝盖，可是有那么一处由于处于几条冲沟的交汇，常年的水流冲刷，形成了一个小潭，极其适合游泳。除衣、下水。等我逆水爬上河中一块大石的时候，我这才发觉现在的身体有多差劲：20m不到的距离竟然让我的胳膊有些酸麻。长期不运动臂力下降，加之体重增大，哎，想着刚来时候的兴致不由得淡去。看着那几个瘦的如棒棒鱼一样的几个小伙在水里闹腾，心里竟然一阵羡慕。
        夜里看了几个Parkour的小视频，惹的我有些怒火：md，老子要减肥！
     
     
        PS： 对不起，大哥，放你鸽子了。今天早上接到电话通知，太不凑巧8、9、10、11四天。哎，11号我回重庆的时候你又回北京。罪过罪过，额米头发....
